1. What services do you offer?

At Deep Space Media, we help you bring your brand to life through:

2. Where are you based, and who do you typically work with?

We’re based in Norwich, Norfolk, and often work with businesses in med-tech, life sciences, and tech. If you’re looking to tell your story through engaging content, we’d love to work with you.

3. How do your content creation plans work?

You can subscribe to 3, 6, or 12-month content plans. These typically include filming, editing, and distribution—giving you consistent, high-quality content every month. Most plans are priced under £5,000.

4. Can you help me launch a podcast?

Yes! We offer a full podcast production setup: professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and an onsite technician. We can even record remote guests and handle all the editing and post-production for you.

5. How do you handle edits and revisions?

Every video comes with two rounds of revisions included. If you need extra changes, we’ll either quote for a new phase or bill by the hour.

6. What are your payment terms?

We usually ask for a 50% deposit to book your project, and the remaining 50% is due when your final content is approved. We kindly ask that payments are made within 7 days of final delivery.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Payments are non-refundable, but we’re always open to discussing how we can make things right if something doesn’t go as planned.

8. Who owns the final content?

Once the project is fully paid for, the finished content belongs to you. We may ask to use it in our showreel or on our website—unless you prefer otherwise.
